The enquiry starts with the problem, not a form
Visitors choose what's wrong, then give a postcode, then their details. Each step is one decision, and contact details come last — when they're already committed.

Call and quote stay within thumb reach
On mobile, a fixed action bar keeps 'Call now' and 'Get a price' on screen, because someone with no hot water shouldn't have to scroll back up to find the number.
