The terms, in plain English
What you're agreeing to.
- Ownership
- Once all fees due are paid, you own the final designs, copy and code created specifically for your business. We keep our underlying methods, templates and pre-existing components.
- Leaving
- The monthly service is rolling. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. If the engagement ends, you can request an export of your site and content.
- Payment
- The setup fee is paid in advance. The monthly fee is billed monthly in advance. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where UK law requires.
- Timelines
- Delivery times run from your go-ahead and depend on timely feedback and content; we cannot guarantee them where delays come from feedback, content or third parties.
- VAT
- Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Outside every package
- Not included in any package: paid advertising, content production at scale (10+ articles a month), bespoke integrations beyond standard CRMs, and e-commerce checkout for more than 50 products. These can be scoped separately.
